Honor Mom's Final Wish to be in SC

I send this request and message with a heavy heart. At the beginning of August, my mother was diagnosed with Gliomastoma Multiforme (Stage 4 brain cancer).  On August 12th, she had brain surgery to remove a lemon sized tumor.  They were able to remove 85% and intended to do radiation and chemo to delay the regrowth process of this very aggressive cancer.  On September 17th, after only 3 days of treatment, mom returned to the hospital with syptoms relating to a regrowth of the tumor.  We have learned the the tumor has regrown and is now growing into her brainstem.  The prognosis is grim with only about 3 months left. Mom has one last wish....to be in South Carolina with her grandchildren that grew up traveling with the military father and she feels like she has missed out on soooooo much.  

We have about 36 hours to raise $4339 to transport her with a nurse.  She is paralyzed on her left side and unable to be transferred from wheelchair to her bed or vehicle without professional help.  Hospice is ready for us in South Carolina with medical equipment and the grandchildren are ready to shower her with love in her final days.  Your help to make this happen is GREATLY appreciated. She will be discharged from the hospital on Tuesday and the transportation company and hospice is ready.....please help us make this happen.
