Last year, my sister’s world was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had to undergo a double mastectomy, and while she is fighting to heal, she is also facing another battle, trying to stay financially stable while unable to work.

She has always been strong, independent, and the type of person who helps others, but now she needs our support. As a single mother, her biggest concern has always been taking care of her son. But right now, with her not being able to work she’s struggling to keep up with rent, bills, and everyday expenses. The stress of worrying about how to provide for him is taking a toll on her mental and emotional well-being during a time when she needs to focus on healing.
