My roommate and close friend Lindsey, who is the mama of two adorable dogs she calls the Nut Mix (named Peanut and Pistachio), is currently dealing with some major medical bills after the overwhelming cost to diagnose and potentially treat Peanut for cancer. Lots of recent appointments, extended tests, and specialist visits have accumulated a high cost of vet bills, and more are guaranteed to come in the very near future.
