Hello all. My name is Ethan Diaz.

This past fall, during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene I gave a lot more money than I could handle, and traveled to deliver winter clothes, shoes, etc on several occasions. During this time I missed rent in the months of October and November. My landlord was originally from the Appalachian region and worked out an agreement with me to pay off the amount over time. However, this past week my apartment complex changed management and I am now being asked to immediately pay back my debt in full or I will be evicted. I’ve managed to pay the balance down to $2,300 from $3,200. I live in this state all on my own, and do not have the resources to go through an eviction. This will go directly to paying off this debt which will allow me to stay at my current residence. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
