Help Ethan Manuel battle his cancer .

My name is José Díaz, and I met Ethan Manuel online, and I had the great opportunity to meet him in person. Ethan Manuel is fighting throat cancer, which is a very costly illness in my country, the Dominican Republic. His father is struggling a lot to raise some money to cover the medications, but it is very difficult for him since he is taking care of the child. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
