Ethan Beard Memorial Fund

On Thursday, January 30th, we lost our beloved friend and fellow teammate, Ethan Beard after battling stage 4 colon cancer.  Ethan was a tremendous inspiration to his fellow peers and teammates, dedicating over 10 years to Vision Hospitality Group, forming lasting friendships with so many of our family members. 

Ethan played many roles in our organization; a dedicated employee, a supportive supervisor, an award-winning leader, a committed softball pitcher and a true friend whom we loved so dearly. 

We are so very saddened and grieving for Ethan and his family, however we know he is no longer suffering and is looking down upon us, smiling and laughing, as he always did thanks to his witty sense of humor and positive attitude.  Ethan will live on through our memories and our laughter for many years to come.

We are overwhelmed with the outpouring of love and support for Ethan and the Beard family.  Ethan's supportive wife, Randi, has stood by his side as he fought this terrible disease until the very end, remaining positive and hopeful.  Ethan's memory will live on through his beautiful wife, and his precocious little boy, Wyatt; the loves of his life.
