Emergency surgery for Sox

Hi. My name is Cara. I never thought I would have to do this but I need help and I don't know where else to go. My dog needs emergency surgery costing up to $7000. At this point in time the vet said there isn't any other options because my pup Sox ate a foreign object and it's in his intestine and he can't pass it /poop it out by himself any longer. Please I need your help. Anything appreciated. I have raised Sox sense he was a baby and picked him out from the litter. I don't have children and Sox is the closest thing I have to a child. Pleas help me save my fur baby.
