Coco’s medical costs

So many people have prayed, wished, shared energy, fed us and held us. We are full of gratitude and very few words. There were many asks for this way of contributing, so I made it.

Coco Bean was shot just 5” under her left breast.   Barely missing  her heart, lungs, main artery  and heart- but severely damaging her IVC, colon, small intestine and chipping a part of L5. 

This is just one way to help, and feels so damn awkward and vulnerable to make. we do have health insurance and have no idea what this is going to look like after she’s out of the hospital.We know coco is going to need medical care we don’t typically access. 

coco had her last surgery yesterday and they are no longer keeping her sedated, the snark, the love, the funny, the stubborn are all there. I so love this little bean. Thank you for loving her and us through this.
