Hey friends! It's my wonderful partner Jay's birthday coming up in a few weeks, and I would love to give them an amazing birthday surprise!

Jay came out as non-binary back in 2020 and for as long as I have known them they've absolutely been dreaming of being able to get top surgery. Unfortunately for us, top surgery is not a cheap thing (in NSW it costs an average of around $11,000!) so I am hoping that with a little help from friends and family that we might be able to give them a helping hand :)
