Music studies for Miguelangel


Hi! My name is Miguelangel Garcia and I'm from Venezuela.


Sometimes the life gift you a one time gold opportunities, therefore this time I'm making a crowfunding campaign because 3 universities accepted me with a music scholarship to begin my professional studies in Usa. Berklee, one on the top music school in the world and I waiting for the percentage of scholarship,  San Francisco Conservatory of music with partial scholarship, and Lynn University with full scholarship.


The best option for me at the moment due to my financial capacity is Lynn University, but  selecting wich University I will going to attend  that depends on the founds I will gather.
Every dream has its own obstacles and I have another expences that are my responsability like the health insurance, expences to travel, expenses to get a visa, expenses into the university and the attend payment.


The first payment has a deadline and it is before May 1st. 
This payment covers the health inssurance, college expenses and the attend payment with a total amount of 3175$. (You can see this payment in one of the admission letters in the end of this article)


The music is one of the most incredible things happened in my life that keeps me going on despite the difficulties and it has led me to achievements such as in 2017 being part of the National Youth Orchestra of Venezuela and now this opportunity to study in United States.


How many of you know, Venezuela has a very complex socio-economic problem that makes hard the production of money and makes savings almost impossible.

La vida a veces nos da oportunidades que solo aparecen una vez, esta vez la oportunidad que obtuve como trombonista Venezolano fue por una audicion que realice para 3 universidades en Estados unidos, ambas universidades me esta ofreciendo una beca  para realizar mis estudios profesionales de música e interpretación en Estados unidos.


Pero los sueños tienen sus retos y por ahora aún no he decidido a qué universidad pienso asistir porque dependerá de cuantos fondos logre recaudar para pagos del seguro medico y gastos de la universidad, pagos para obtener la visa y para transportarme a Estados Unidos. 


Uno de estos pagos tiene un fecha limite para el Primero de mayo con un monto de 3175$ que cubre el seguro de salud, gastos de la universidad y el pago para asegurar el puesto en la universidad ( puedes ver el monto en una de las cartas de admision al final del articulo)


La musica es una de las cosas mas increibles que me ha pasado en la vida y me ha dado las ganas de seguir adelante en cada logro que he alcanzado, como en 2017 ser parte de la Orquesta Nacional Juvenil de Venezuela, una grandiosa experiencia y ahora la oportunidad de estudiar en estados unidos.


Cómo muchos saben, Venezuela esta pasando por problemas socio-economicos muy complejos y si ya es difícil producir dinero, es casi imposible ahorrarlo.


Se que mi pais esta en una situacion muy fuerte actualmente, pero quiero ser parte de esa generacion del futuro que levante a Venezuela otra vez.
