Dear Family, Friends, and Neighbors,
It is with great sadness that we announce that on February 28th, 2015 we lost our sister, aunt, Godmother and friend, Esther M. Gonzales of South Deering, Chicago, IL. She was the daughter of Ramon and Concepcion Gonzales, sister of Raymon Gonzales, Lydia Lizaola, and Jesse Gonzales, who proceeded her in death. She is survived by sisters, Eva Herrera and Anita Gonzales Lemus.
Many of you may remember her familiar face as your school crossing guard , a position that she was proud to hold for many years. She was devoted to her Catholic faith and a parishioner of St Kevin's Church for many decades. Through generations, she cared for her nieces and nephews, watched over her Father in his later years and attended church every Sunday .
We are asking for your help in providing her with a proper Catholic burial as she greatly deserves.
