Hello, my name is Esther, and I am fundraising on behalf of the Helping Hands Ministries, Uganda, to help a young girl named Esther who needs urgent medical attention.
Helping Hands does not only cater to the needs of the orphans in their care, but they also help other vulnerable and sick children in their community.
A few months ago, Esther was taken to the ministry for help because of the swelling in her face and mouth. An appeal for help was made for her at that time, however she did not receive any support. Yesterday, she was brought back to the ministry because her condition has worsened due to the lack of medical attention. Her family cannot afford to take her to the hospital so they are hoping that she can be helped by the ministry. Thanks to the kindness and generosity of donors, Helping Hands has helped a lot of sick children, and we are hoping to do the same for Esther.
We do not know the cause of the swelling, but as you can see in the cover photo, her condition is getting worse. A few months ago the swelling was not as bad as it is now.

I am raising funds to pay for her to be taken to the hospital urgently so that she can be examined, diagnosed and to pay for any procedures / surgeries that she may need.
