Heaven gained an angel on 9/10/2020. My mother Esthela Mercado passed away at home in Riverside, CA from a heart attack. She was 79 years old.

My mother was the strongest woman I've ever known. She was an angel to everyone in her life. She had 9 children, was a great mother, wife, sister, aunt, grandma and great grandma. She lived for her family and was such a loving person to all that knew her.

She is survived by her husband Javier Mercado, sons Javier & Mario, daughters Marilu, Virginia & Violeta; 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren!

We are devastated and heart broken! Nothing can ever prepare anyone for the loss of a mother. Please keep her and our family in your prayers. Anything anyone can give will be used for the funeral expenses.
