Avery Julien Thomas Hall was a beloved friend, exceptional teammate and gifted musician who had an incredibly positive impact during his time at Ecole Secondaire Neelin High School. He lit up every room he entered and was able to put others at ease with his laid-back and supportive personality. Avery loved football, soccer and playing his guitar.

Avery’s life was tragically cut short two weeks before he was set to begin at Brandon University and his loss was felt deeply by many. Avery was an exceptional young man to those that had the pleasure of knowing him and he will always be special in our memories. On the ten-year anniversary of his graduation, his graduating class and family are gathering funds to endow a scholarship in his memory. We hope that the scholarship will pave the way for those who share the traits Avery was so loved for, to pursue their post-secondary dreams.

All funds raised will be overseen by Ecole Secondaire Neelin High School who will also administer the scholarship in line with the wishes of Avery's family.
