Who is AIW?
The Association for the Integration of Women (AIW) is a non-profit organization with the mission of providing resources for women to establish roots and flourish. Our Culinary Training Program designed by Chef Jessica Rosval is aimed at creating work opportunity for women passionate about working in the food industry, and at the same time, creating a more inclusive society through the sharing of food culture.

L'Associazione per l'Integrazione delle Donne (AIW) è un'organizzazione senza scopo di lucro con la missione di fornire risorse alle donne per mettere radici e rifiorire.
Il nostro programma di formazione culinaria progettato dalla Chef Jessica Rosval mira a creare opportunità lavorativo per le donne appassionate di cucina nell’ambito dell'industria alimentare e, allo stesso tempo, a creare una società più inclusiva attraverso la condivisione della cultura del cibo.
What is Roots?
The Association for the Integration of Women (AIW) is launching a new model in the heart of Modena.
Roots will be a multicultural and cosmopolitan space that trains Modena’s new cooks, and shares their food culture with the community.
Daytime co-working, volunteering and training, and night-time restaurant and events, the Roots community will empower more than 16 women each year to enter the workforce.
Che cos'è ROOTS?
L'Associazione per l'Integrazione delle Donne (AIW) lancia un nuovo modello ristorativo nel cuore di Modena.
Roots sarà uno spazio multiculturale e cosmopolita in cui aspiranti cuoche provenienti da tutto il mondo si formeranno condividendo la propria cultura del cibo con la comunità.
Uno spazio co-working, dedicato al volontariato e alla formazione, un ristorante ed un luogo in cui organizzare eventi: Roots e la sua community consentiranno a più di 16 donne ogni anno di entrare nel mondo del lavoro come cuoche professioniste.
