Essential Aid for Matt and His Service Dog

Hey guys, I’m living at the shelter called the Center for Prevention of Abuse on 720 West Joan Court Iin Peoria, IL, 61614.  My case worker is very unhelpful right now and I’m moving forward with some of the court cases against my abuser. I have six weeks here until I become homeless and I have very little. I can’t believe in one year after mom got diagnosed with cancer, I am destitute. If you can help me, that would be awesome. I am not allowed to utilize alcohol or drugs here, so for those asswipes who just don’t understand that I’ve not fallen due to any addiction, I don’t want anything from you. People make mistakes and are put in difficult situations which can ruin their lives without addiction and I am an example. If you message me, I can tell you more about the details of how I lost everything I worked my whole life for. This is really happening to me and it is real and those who are trying to blame addiction as an excuse to not help, you should be embarrassed, because i just need simple things. 

I need some help for essentials like underwear, shorts, some medical items, contact solution, keratosis eye drops, plus just a pass for the bus and the ability to pay for new eyeglasses since mine are broken. 

Additionally, I need some items for my service dog, Domino, and they allow him in this amazing shelter because he is a service dog. He needs items like dog food, a crate, vaccinations, and neutering. He is my only family now, and I’d rather die than lose him. If you feel more comfortable sending items like essentials rather than sending money, please do. Things I need; I need boxer briefs and short socks and a summer rain jacket if you have old things you wanna get rid of and want to send. I’m a large with a 34” waist but will take anything. I also may need a tent and a sleeping bag if I don’t find housing by the 5-week limit at the Center. This is serious, and if you have any questions, contact me on facebook messenger or call me.
