My name is Cecilia, and I am the mother of 11 year old Iker Ortiz Castaño.

Recently, our lives changed when my son was diagnosed with a brain tumor and a buildup of cerebrospinal in his brain. Doctors are still running tests to understand the situation and determine the best treatment for him.

As a mother, it is heartbreaking to see my child go through hospital visits, tests, and treatments at such a young age. Right now our family is doing everything we can to stay strong and focus on Iker’s recovery.
