Hi everyone, my name is Esperanza De La O. I am an organizer and Trans Youth who is facing homelessness and on the edge of living out of my van. Due to being trans, I face a disproportionately high rate of homelessness due to family rejection of my transition. I will also lose my family health insurance once I turn 21 and will no longer afford to take my hormones to continue my transition journey. It has been a very difficult journey. Anything helps, as I will be living in my van without AC. I also take water , fans anything to keep me cool this summer .
