Esophageal Cancer Sucks!

In Nov 2023 my sister started to experience swallowing and eating certain foods. After going to the doctor she was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. Since then she has received numerous radiation and chemo sessions. Because she was unable to eat properly and was not getting the right nutrients she had to have a feeding tune put into place. Because of this she had to spend serval days at Duke. She will now have to have another surgery to remove the tumor and they will have to use some of her stomach to repair the esophagus. She will spend about 14 days in hospital with this procedure. She has been unable to work during this time. She will probably beat me for posting this but I know the medical bills are expensive and she still has more of them to come. Thank you for any support you can give. Please share.
