Esmeralda's UCLA Tuition - Last Quarter

Hello everyone,
My name is Esmeralda and I am asking for help to pay for my last UCLA quarter (Spring, 2021). Back in 2010 I was completing my Junior year at UCLA when my dad was deported. I was suddenly left with the responsibility of financially providing for my mother and three brothers, who were minors at the time. I used the money I had saved for school to move us into a place I could afford. I have spent these years being their sole provider. I put my life on hold to ensure their survival, our survival.
In 2020, I decided to go back to school. I had saved sufficient money to cover my last quarters at UCLA with the exception of the last quarter which I was hoping to continue saving to pay. But now I am being laid off my job so any chances of being able to afford my last UCLA quarter have completely gone out the window.
I am asking for your help. Education is very important to me. I love school, I am on track to graduate June 2021 with high honors. My dream is to complete my education. The first step towards that goal is to get my Bachelor's degree in English. I have big plans for the future. I want to go to grad school, and focus my research in introducing lost, forgotten and overlooked voices of marginalized groups into academia. The main goal of my studies is to give representation to marginalized communities and to work towards making higher education more equitable.
