Esmeralda was a young, single, hard working mother who did everything in her power to provide for her children while struggling herself with Epilepsy. She is leaving behind 3 beautiful children Jose age 21, Daisy 18 and Jensine 13. Jensine struggles with autism and needs 24 hour care.  Esmeralda will be deeply missed by her family and friends. We ask that you please help her family in whatever way possible, anything helps, as she did not have a plan nor finances set in the event of her passing.
