Join us in saving the Escarpment from major destruction!
The South Georgian Bay region’s celebrated Escarpment landscapes are threatened by megadevelopments. Our region’s most popular destinations and internationally
recognized wildlife habitats are at risk of destruction, and we need your help to
protect them! Your donations will keep our Escarpment from being lost to bulldozers and megadevelopments!
The next three months are critical
We have to act now before our natural spaces are lost to megadevelopments! The South Georgian Bay region’s famed Escarpment could be lost to megadevelopments on our cherished land around Castle Glen and Talisman. The wildlife habitats and outdoor recreation sites that made our area famous are at risk of destruction as new owners of these properties seek to make money on their investments as quickly as possible. We need your support to call on our municipal officials to stop the destruction and protect our natural heritage. Putting pressure on municipalities is especially critical leading up to the October municipal elections!
TAKE ACTION NOW- DONATE. Your donations will help us save the region for years to come.
We've already come so far in six months
Our message has been shared in the media locally and provincially. We’ve received public endorsements and commitments from local & provincial politicians who support our work and vision for the Escarpment in South Georgian Bay. We’ve:
- Built connections with more than ten leading environmental groups.
- Gathered widespread support on our Change.org petition, with more than 4,500 signatures.
- Convinced The Town of The Blue Mountains to initiate a review of the history of the Castle Glen development!

Every dollar counts
As a grassroots organization run by volunteers, we rely on friends and family for
support. Every dollar received will be going towards advocating for and publicizing our
cause to raise awareness of this issue in the community and with government officials:
- $50
- $75
- $100
- More?
Donations from community members have supported our organization’s growth, media
outreach, and political advocacy to all relevant decision-makers. We know that the
developers are gearing their teams up for a fight and we’ll need your help to gather
the experts, researchers, planners, and lawyers that we’ll need to save the Escarpment from megadevelopments.
