In the heart of Gaza's turmoil, my name is Asmaa, a 32-year-old mother fighting to save my children amid the devastation of war.

My husband, Saed, face serious health battles—he struggles with a pituitary macroadenoma, and I stand by him through this relentless ordeal.

Despite medical therapy attempts, the tumor persists, pressing dangerously against my optic nerve, threatening my sight and life itself. Amidst the chaos, access to proper medical care feels like a distant dream. The MRI machine, essential for managing my condition, lies silent and broken, a casualty of the violence that plagues our community. Each day is a battle for survival—fighting not just the physical torment but also the emotional toll of an uncertain future.

As the MRI machine whirs back to life, I find solace in knowing that I am not alone in this struggle.

The funds raised will directly support my urgent medical needs, including expenses for consultations, diagnostic tests, surgeries, medications, and post-operative care related to the removal of my pituitary macroadenoma. Additionally, funds will also cover evacuation costs, including transportation and logistical arrangements to safely access proper medical care outside of Gaza.
