Escaping an abusive work environment

Hi all.

I will attach the thread I made in regards to my current job situation below which have more details.

In short: I have been facing sexual harassment and a hostile working environment with someone who is clearly unstable in multiple ways and brags about it. I am so scared to go to work. I have a second job bartending 2 days a week, but it isn’t enough to cover my bills and I currently do not have the option to increase my hours there. I have been filling out applications nonstop but with the holidays fast approaching I am unsure of how long it will be before I hear anything back or am able to get started. I am so scared and uncertain right now. Anything helps.
