Sooooo...... I didn't expect to be putting together another fundraiser like this.

Then again, we didn't expect to be moving from where we were set to further our roots, but after certain...matters stemming from our wedding ceremony on July 26th, Careen and I are leaving New York City.

We're moving north of town, in a place much better suited for our future, and further away from people once believed to have our best interests at heart, but recently revealing themselves as quite the opposite. Furthermore, with the sociopolitical direction NYC is moving towards (one word: Zohran), it is clear that the FIve Boroughs will no longer be suitable for most people to live. Perhaps this is by design, given the existence of luxury apartments in Queens that are over SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS A MONTH.

Yeah, it's BEEN time to go. Thankfully, we were approved for our new apartment a while ago. We move into our new place EXACTLY one week from today. Due to the short notice of the move, as you can understand we've had to dip into finances unexpectedly, and as a result, we're....gonna need some things.

Like new furniture.
