The Erz Family

Thank you so much for taking a moment to read about my brother-in-law, Brian Erz, and the journey his family is currently navigating.

The Erz family has been thrust into an incredibly challenging situation, facing life-altering medical emergencies that have rapidly intensified. What began as a mysterious “heart condition” scare in October 2024 has since evolved into a devastating diagnosis: Brian has been told he has an incurable form of pancreatic cancer.

Despite the overwhelming nature of this news, Brian and his family—always known for their kindness and love—are facing this challenge with incredible strength. They’ve sought out the best possible treatment team at a renowned medical center in Portland, three hours away from their home. The frequent trips for care, along with the cost of treatment, are already taking a toll—both emotionally and financially. We are all hopeful that the treatment will begin soon and bring the best possible outcome.

All donations will go directly to covering the costs of travel and medical expenses, with the hope that these efforts will allow Brian to spend as much time as possible with his wife, two teenage children, and loved ones.
