Hello, I am James Wilkie, some of you know of me and other’s have heard of me as a member of our scrabble community, and wish to raise awareness of one of our own who is in need of help. My aim, with your help, is to help raise funds to go towards a vehicle to replace a written off one. This is solely what this fund raiser is for. After a life/lifestyle changing hospital procedure (and infections) to deal with this person put ill health aside to attend his beloved scrabble club, giving lifts home afterwards, where he met with a vehicle accident with no one injured taking club members home. The result was a vehicle write off. COLIN NICOL is the beneficiary, who even now is a loss to our community. He helps out at various clubs in various capacities Secretary, ratings officer for submission of results for S.I.L.K.and other competitions to name but a few. A loss of a vehicle = a loss of independence and can affect a persons mental wellbeing going forward.. Perhaps not the best time for an appeal, but is there ever a good time for emergencies to befall us. The scrabble community has painfully been hit by recent tragedies and losses please try and help others still here that we can. Please donate and share if possible thank you.
