On Monday, January 12th, Michelle experienced a sudden and life-threatening medical emergency. She suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage, a type of stroke involving bleeding in the brain. She was quickly transferred to Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC), where she underwent two emergency surgeries.

Michelle remains hospitalized and is expected to stay in the ICU for another 20-30 days, followed by a stay in a rehabilitation facility as she begins the long process of recovery.

During this incredibly difficult time, her family has stayed close. Vito Sr. and Vito Jr. have been by Michelle’s side at the hospital, while Hannah has been caring for Angelina at home, doing her best to keep life steady for her during such an uncertain time.

This fundraiser is intended to help ease the financial burden that comes with a medical crisis of this magnitude. Funds raised will go toward medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and related needs as Michelle focuses on healing and recovery.
