Errol Aquai

My Dad, Errol Aquai, has an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm and is being referred abroad for treatment. We hope to take him to Hawaii or Washington depending on which hospital will accept him. He only has Medicare which will cover 80% of medical care, they do not cover transportation or accommodations. We are waiting while GMH tries to set up a patient transfer to Hawaii. We need help with airfare for him, an RN escort which is required by GMH, and a family member. As soon as he is accepted by a hospital, we will be required to purchase the United Airlines tickets.
