Our wonderful Beekman doorman Derrick Leary broke his knee badly mid-May & will be unable to work until July. He does not have health insurance.  Derrick has been with the building since 2008,  and has been with us through Sandy, Covid, and many other personal and communal milestones. We can't fix the universe but we can really do something to make our small world better.  Let's make some love go round today.
