We’re reaching out with heavy hearts but hopeful spirits to ask for your support during one of the most critical times in Eroc Russell’s life.

Just after undergoing surgery to mend a severe spiral fracture to tibular fibular bones in his right leg, Eroc unexpectedly

coded in the hospital and had to be placed on a ventilator. It was one of the scariest moments we’ve ever experienced. By the grace of God, he was removed from the ventilator the next day and is currently stable, but he remains in the ICU as his body begins the long journey toward healing.

While we are grateful for his progress, the road ahead is uncertain and challenging. One of the most urgent needs Eroc faces is access to a BiPAP machine. For years, he has silently battled Obstructive Sleep Apnea, a condition that has gone untreated for too long. Without a BiPAP, his breathing becomes dangerously shallow during sleep, causing CO₂ to build up in his brain and triggering episodes where he loses consciousness. This recent medical crisis was a direct result of that.

Eroc recently took a leap of faith and launched his own business, finally stepping into his dream of being self-employed. He was scheduled to complete his first project this week, but all of that is now on hold while he recovers. Unfortunately, life doesn’t pause—bills still come, medical equipment is costly, and insurance coverage as a self-employed individual is limited and expensive.

We’re asking for your help to:

Cover the cost of a BiPAP machine for home use

Possibly secure self-employed health insurance that will cover ongoing treatment

Help with living expenses during his recovery, especially while he's unable to work

Any amount—big or small—will make a difference and will help Eroc focus on healing instead of worrying about how to make ends meet.
