Dear Friends of the Ernie Fernandez & Katherine Polo Family,

On Saturday, May 1, 2021 our beloved Ernie passed away suddenly from medical complications leaving behind Katherine and their two sons, Liam (7) and Lucas (6).  This unexpected tragedy has turned the family's lives upside down as they have lost a loving partner and father leaving the family to mourn and make for his final arrangements.  

While nothing can replace Ernie's presence, Katherine's professional family at Gallagher asks you to consider offering a donation to provide financial assistance to the family as they attempt to find their footing in the days and weeks ahead.  Raising two young children as a single mother will be a new challenge for Katherine to overcome, made all the more complicated as they attempt to find solace in Ernie's memories.  Undoubtably, your support will be greatly appreciated and provide the support the family needs to face their future.
