Ernestine and Darrin's Coming Home Fund

Hello family, friends, and lovely people,
In August of 2023 our beloved Ernestine Wilson transitioned to be with the heavenly father and she did so with peace. After a long battle with various health complications she succumbed to them and is survived by her loving son Avery and her beautiful daughter Shannon. She is joined in heaven with her son Brian.
In December of 2023 our beloved Darrin Wilson transitioned to be with the heavenly father and he did so with peace. After a deep struggle with substance abuse, he succumbed to the pressures of those substances. He is survived by his loving sons Delando Darrin, Najee-Zaid, and Darrin Jr..
Ernestine and Darrin were siblings in life and are siblings in the heavenly realm, looking after us with care, grace, and mercy. They are joined in heaven with their father Willie Lee "baybay" Carter. We aim to honor them both with respect and to properly send them off with care and love.
Unfortunately, we live in a time of financial crisis and in a country with little to no support for the passing of our loved ones. We are humbled by the act of asking for your support and any amount you are able to contribute is deeply appreciated. We have put forth our best efforts to gather the funds necessary to pay off all debts of cremation, funeral services rendered, and odds and ends for Ernestine and upcoming costs for services for Darrin but have fallen short a touch. The family is so appreciative of any support you can provide at this time, knowing the holiday season is here and it's a time when most of us are already stretched then, no donation goes unnoticed! Every donation will receive a prayer of gratitude and will be used in the following ways.
The purpose of this fund is to:
-Complete the payment plan of Ernestine Wilson's Funeral Costs
- Cremation
- Urn
- Government and funeral home fees
-Complete the payment of Darrin Wilson's Funeral Costs
- Cremation
- Urn(s) for family members
- Delivery of ashes to family members
- Government and cremation service fees
-Virtual Service*
- A virtual service for both Ernestine and Darrin for family and friends
- Design of services and web hosting
-Miscellaneous expenses
- In the event that we exceed our fundraising goal, excess funds will be applied to unanticipated expenses related to the above. We may also use any excess funds to tend to Grandmother Sarah (mother of Ernestine and Darrin) and immediate family (the children of the deceased)
