- Hello my name is Erin. My mom was my everything. She passed, two weeks ago, with a brain hemorrage. I've been renting a room from her for several years. She was my everything. I have to take over most of the bills now and only make 14 dollars at Walmart. I am also in school to be bee an x-ray tech. If I can't take over the bills here (i.e. if my brother and I decide to sell it) I will use the funds to get an apartment. (First, last, security.)
