Help Write Erin’s Next Chapter

Hello world, it’s me :)

It’s been a minute but I have literally been trying to pick myself back up. I’m Erin. A widow after a 20 year relationship and an emptynester mom of two adult young ladies ages 19 & 20. I’ve been hit hard with life events that have not been positive and the last couple of years have been abominable beasts. I don’t like to ask for help (I’m a stubborn Scorpio Southern woman), but I figured if a person could do an online campaign to raise money to make potato salad and be WILDLY successful…. Why can’t I reach out for support in my darkest times in trying to navigate this next chapter of life which is wildly unfamiliar and scary?

I unfortunately lost my military vet husband/best friend to suicide. The cleanup years have been rough especially since I lost my job which I loved. I have been out of work for over a year due to physical limitations and other reasons beyond my control. My two amazing young adult daughters have been doing their best to stand on their own and I couldn’t be more proud.

I don’t like to ask for help but at this point, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to lean on the very people who have stood behind me since my humble beginnings in Mississippi.

I don’t know what this next chapter of life holds for me, but I have big plans and goals that are stifling just to think about.

I am asking that you assist me financially as I literally write this next chapter and move into whatever destiny holds. I don’t know where I’ll land physically, but I’m trying to give Washington state another year at least. I want to put pen to paper on things my ‘army’ has been encouraging me to do for decades.
