Erin's Mom Needs Your Help in Her Fight

Hi,

It's Erin. I should have done this months ago, but I did not want to reach out because I've been trying to do this on my own. My family has gone through so much lately.

On November 20, 2024, my 79 year old Mom fell and hit her head on the coffee table in the middle of the night. Previously, she was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus and had to have brain surgery to insert a shunt to drain the brain fluid. This traumatic event did not help the situation.

On that night, my father fell trying to get her off the floor and in turn, had to go the ER as well. He is ok but she was put into emergency brain surgery and put into an induced coma. We flew down immediately! She remained in a coma for over a week and spent months in the ICU. Eventually, she was moved to a critical rehab center for OT, PT, and ST. She is still there and is not progressing, as of late.

She now needs another brain surgery to fix the shunt.

I am reaching out to those who can help in ANY way they can. This does not just need to be funds to help my Dad pay for all of the medical bills, but maybe advice, networking, or prayers. I am here in Wisconsin and they are in Florida. I simply want to help them! They have done everything in their power to make me who I am today and I need help to give it all back. I love you all and never ask for any help, but now I need it.
