Erin’s Little Angels

Erin and I are parents to 5, all under the age of 9 (Chase, Shane, Reese, Alice, and Bryce), the youngest Bryce is now 2 years old. In November 2021, during her pregnancy with Bryce, Erin was diagnosed at 23 weeks pregnant with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). After 16 rounds of chemotherapy and 12 months of immunotherapy, Erin was given a declaration of cancer-free in July 2022. Unfortunately, we were heartbroken in April 2023 to find that she was diagnosed with and would undergone surgery to remove a grade 3 cystic tumor in her right frontal parietal lobe of her brain. Although the tumor was removed, and she underwent radiation, it was discovered that a tumor had returned in January 2024. Erin again underwent surgery and this time 5 rounds of radiation, and she has now resumed chemo therapy which will continue for the next year into March 2025. We are prepared to do whatever it takes to give Erin the best outcome and maximize her time with her children and I. As parents of 5, we have needed and will continue to need additional childcare hours and help with groceries and meals, so that we can continue to keep up with the needs of the family.  We truly appreciate those who have already helped by donating to our Help Hope Live fundraiser which will help cover Erin's care and medical expenses. Unfortunately, childcare and other non-medical expenses are not an approved expense type through this specific fundraiser.
