Erin Graham's Celebration of Life
Donation protected
Erin... Daughter, Sister, Mother, Geema and friend.
Erin was a beautiful soul, with a fiery personality, an adventurous side, a devotion to her family and an unconditional love for her grandkids.
Erin was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer on September 17th. Her only symptom at the time was jaundice. She passed away peacefully one week later on September 23rd. She was comfortably at home, surrounded by her family.
Erin wished to be brought back to her beloved home state of Florida. There we will have a viewing, Celebration of Life and will release her ashes into the gulf.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations in her name to give her the celebration she deserves.
