Erin Rose

Graduating from college and learning to be a part of the "adult" world is a challenging time in our lives and most of you know the pressure you face is not easy.  For Erin, things got a little more challenging last year after she graduated, when life threw a twist at her and she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer.  Thankfully with the help of her family and doctors she had surgery and treatment to remove her thyroid and overcome her cancer! Unfortunately, she recently learned the news that her cancer came back.  This time it is papillary thyroid cancer on her lymph node. 
For everyone that knows Erin, we all know she will remain a fighter and stay her optimistic, happy self.  She did however tell me that the thing that bothers her the most about all of this, is the stress and financial strain that it places on her parents. Now we all know this is not even a thought in anyone's mind except her own and the only thing her parents care about is her getting better. But the fact that in the midst of her own struggles she was thinking about others just shows the kind heart she has.  So what I'm asking is for everyone else to show the same kindness and take away some of the stress for her and  her family by giving a little.  Whether it's thoughts, prayers, words of encouragement, or money, everything helps so that Erin can get back to being well and cancer free again!
