Erin Robinson's Crusade Against Cancer

Erin Robinson is a beloved nurse at Munson Medical Center and nursing instructor at Northwestern Michigan College.  She is a loving single mother to her teenage daughter Amara and a friend to many. After going to the doctor for what was supposed to be simple knee pain, turned out to be something much worse. Erin was then diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma to her left leg, a very rare and aggressive bone cancer.  She has been going back and forth twice a week for treatment from her home in Kingsley to U of M in Ann Arbor.  At this time she is going through chemo and is unable to work.  Erin can no longer walk without crutches and is requiring a wheelchair for long distances. Her family is divided providing care for her daughter and for Erin herself since her diagnosis. Erin has devoted her life to caring for others when they need her and raising a daughter with a hunger to change the world. Erin is an avid adventurer and world traveler who has never had to step away from anything.  

She has given so much to her family, friends, coworkers and the surrounding community. Now is the time to rally around her and support her after she has supported so many others.
