Erin and Mitchell Rickey Family Healing Fund

On June 15th, Mitchell underwent a complicated surgery to remove a brain tumor that had only been discovered months prior. Although the surgery was successful in removing most of the mass, Mitchell has faced unforeseen complications during his recovery.
He is currently still in the ICU undergoing constant monitoring and continued testing. As he continues to heal, it has become apparent that he will spend more time in the hospital than originally anticipated. His wife, Erin, and other members of his family have remained tirelessly by his side and will continue to do so until he is able to return home.
Among many things, Mitchell is the loving father to three beautiful girls. He and Erin have and will always do whatever they need to provide for their family. However, this journey will undoubtedly leave them with unexpected medical costs as well as longer term financial burdens.
This is where the support of those around them comes in. Any financial help that can be provided is so greatly appreciated in helping keep their burden lighter during this struggle.
Mitchell, a public defender, and Erin, a nurse in the PICU at Primary Children’s Hospital, do so much for others without second thought. If you know them, you know they are selfless, loving, hard working and compassionate people.
