On November 8th, one month before Erin graduated nursing school she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. It was a benign, but very large tumor on her auditory nerve.  On January 24th she underwent a 12-hour skull based surgery to have it removed, and is currently on her road to recovery.

Erin and her husband Jeff will understandably endure financial burdens once they start to receive medical bills from the surgery, but in the meantime, they also need help until Erin's short term disability waiting period is over (6 weeks).
