For my birthday this year I am reaching out to ask a HUGE favor. I have decided to try and fundraise money to get LASIK eye surgery.

Since the age of 10 my eyesight has declined, first wearing glasses then switching to contacts because of my active lifestyle. Over 15 years later and I have finally been cleared for surgery!

Insurance does not cover this procedure which is why I am reaching out and asking for your help. Any contribution will help me move towards this surgery that will change my life.
