Erika's vehicle, medical, and legal

On February 3rd, 2017, Erika was involved in a car accident, which left her vehicle totalled and medical bills are mounting. Insurance will pay off the remaining balance owed on the car, but nothing more. As a result, we are left with no vehicle and we also need to pay for her medical costs. We are also liable for the cost of the other vehicle involved, which is $8,000. This happened at the same time Erika's ex-husband is bringing her to court again and we need to pay for a lawyer. Things just keep piling up, and it is making our life hard to deal with. If we had a reliable vehicle and we're able to pay off some of this debt, we will be back on top again.
