Erika Robledo's Funeral Expenses

Hello everybody,

It is with heavy and broken hearts that we are reaching out to friends, family, and kind strangers for help in order to raise funds for the funeral arrangements for the wonderful Erika Robledo.

Sadly, Erika took her last breath on the night of January 22 at her home where she was found by her two boys. We believe it was a quick and painless passing, however, the pain of losing her is no less.

Erika was and will forever be such a bright beautiful light in everyone's life that had the pleasure to have known her. She was BEYOND talented as a voice actress and was known to be one of the very best in the business; she brought many of our favorite characters to life with her exceptional dubbing work and was known for being a one-take wonder when it came to delivering powerful and effective commercials for the biggest brands in the business.

Erika was loyal, passionate, strong, silly, and fun, but above all, Erika was an incredible mother. She did and gave everything for her children and always said that she felt like she was born to be a mom. Never did her boys have to ask her for love, sympathy, or affection because it was always there. She did it all. We don’t know how but she could really do anything she set her mind to and more– especially when it came to the people she loved, and oh did Erika know how to love… hard and unconditionally. She was love itself.

Her tragic parting was entirely too soon and unexpected for everybody, and we as her family were not mentally nor financially prepared for this. That is why we have created this GoFundMe account. All of the donations will be used for the funeral / memorial services. The remaining amount will go directly to her two boys in order to help them deal with immediate moving costs and any other unforeseen expenses.

Con el corazón roto, nos acercamos a amigos, familiares y a todo aquel que nos quiera apoyar, en busca de ayuda para recaudar fondos para los arreglos funerarios de la maravillosa Erika Robledo.

Lamentablemente, Erika tomó su último suspiro en la noche del 22 de Enero en su casa en donde fue encontrada por sus dos hijos. Creemos que su partida rápida e indolora. Sin embargo, el dolor de perderla no es menor.

Erika fue y por siempre será una luz tan brillante y hermosa en la vida de todos los que tuvieron el placer de haberla conocido. Erika era una TALENTOSISIMA actriz de voz y era conocida por ser una de las mejores en la industria sin duda alguna. Dio vida a muchos de nuestros personajes favoritos con su maravilloso trabajo de doblaje. También era conocida por ser “la de una sola toma” cuando se trataba de ofrecer comerciales eficaces y poderosos para las marcas más importantes del sector.

Erika era leal, apasionada, fuerte, chistosa y divertida pero sobre todo, era una madre increíble. Daba todo y hacia lo que fuera por sus hijos. Siempre decía que había nacido para ser madre. Nunca tuvieron que pedirle amor, simpatía o afecto porque siempre estuvo ahí. Ella lo hizo todo, no sabemos cómo pero realmente podía hacer cualquier cosa que se propusiera y más. Especialmente cuando se trataba de las personas que amaba…y Erika sabía amar apasionada e incondicionalmente. Ella era el amor mismo.

Su trágica partida fue demasiado pronto e inesperada, y nosotros como su familia, no estábamos preparados ni mental ni económicamente para ello. Por eso hemos creado esta cuenta de GoFundMe. Todas las donaciones se utilizarán para los servicios funerarios. Lo que sobre, irá directamente a sus dos hijos para ayudarlos a afrontar con los costos inmediatos de mudanza y otros gastos imprevistos.
