Help Erika Mohrer Get Back On Her Feet

Hi my name is Chad Lawrenz,

 

  Many of you may have heard that my love,  Erika Mohrer, is in the hospital from two huge blood clots found in her leg . For a couple weeks she had been experiencing excruciating pain down her leg.  It was first diagnosed as a strained  muscle,  Sciatica, Anemia , and finally blood cots.

It took four visits to the ER  to figure out the proper prognosis. Her foot was cold and turning blue.  As one could  imagine we were both devastated when the doctor said that amputation wasn’t off the table. In shock, she was rushed to surgery. Luckily after a 7.5 hour surgery the doctor was able to save one vein in her foot and scoop out most of the blood clots. Blood flow was restored to her foot . She has multiple incisions and is in a lot of pain. Erika spent several days in the ICU and is now in recovery.  She is going to need lots of physical therapy and has to see many specialists.  Erika is a fighter and misses working already. We are kindly asking for your support until she gets back on her feet.
