They took Erika off the ventilator today. She is alert. Hopefully in the next few days she will be moved from ICU. Her heart is still too weak for surgery but they are monitoring her. She is a fighter! She loves her family! She is a miracle already. Please continue to keep all of them in your prayers!! Jimmy, we love you. Stay Strong!
About 3 weeks ago, just a couple of days after Erika's baby shower, she delivered two beautiful twin girls. Everything seemed to be going well. After a day, per Jimmy, Erika "left but didn't come back around." The doctors cannot tell them what happened, what has caused Erika to become unresponsive. Medical bills are piling up as Erika has now been in the hospital over three weeks. Jimmy is juggling work, home and 4 children including 1 month old twins and all of this right here at the holidays.
Jimmy is quite overwhelmed with it all so please keep him and the family in your prayers. I know many may have questions but he really doesn't have any more answers than I have listed here so please just give him time and I am sure he will update us as things progress with Erika. Anything you can give to help them, I know will be appreciate.
