Erik Nelson Memorial Education Fund

When Isa was a tiny one she would climb into Erik's lap where his knee would make a chair and she could reach the grown-up table. As a growing young girl, he would staff the parent-teacher conferences, and stand by tae kwon do classes trying to remain a silent observer. As a young woman, he supported her dreams of becoming a filmmaker brainstorming scripts and even providing sound effects. Isa is Erik's step-daughter, the apple of his eye and he could not have been prouder of her. Many of you heard him refer to her as his daughter as he has been closely involved in her life since she was four years old. Now a sophomore at the University of Central Florida she hopes to complete her degree in psychology where currently she has a 4.0 GPA.
