It is with deep sadness that I share the news of the passing of Erik, which was completely unexpected. Erik was a devoted husband and father of two boys. With him being the primary breadwinner in our household, the financial burden of funeral expenses and household bills is overwhelming for our family during this already difficult time. I am asking for your support to help cover the costs for the funeral services and living expenses while we work to pick up the pieces. In addition to funeral costs and regular household expenses, our youngest son, Drayton has extensive medical needs which require him to receive medical treatments three times a week. The drive to his treatments alone is three hours round trip, and the treatment itself is 3 hours long. Due to Drayton's medical needs, I am unable to hold full-time employment.
