The Officers, Members and Alumni of the Hyattsville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. regret to announce the unexpected passing of Life Member and former live-in Eric “Buddha” Taylor, 54. Eric passed away at his Germantown home Saturday morning, July 2nd.

Eric is survived by his wife Tanya and triplet children Erica, David and Halley (14). They will need significant help financially in the coming months and beyond to assist with funeral home costs, other arrangements and short/long term support. Eric was not working full time at the time of his very sudden passing and the family does not have life insurance to assist. 

We are asking for those who knew and loved "Buddha" to consider supporting his family during this time of need in lieu of flowers or other means of support. All funds will be provided to Tanya and the kids.
